Reading is Liberating

     One of my favorite hobbies is reading books, so I wanted to connect my interest in social media, this class, and my hobby into one discussion. The organization I focused on, because of how I interact with the organization's social media is Libby. Libby is a digital reading platform that partners with libraries around the world to provide users with free access to eBooks, audiobooks, and digital magazines using their library cards. While the app itself is designed to make reading more accessible, its social media presence has also become an important part of how it engages readers and promotes library services.      One aspect of social media that stands out is the importance of building online communities.
